Elevate to Even+ is all about facilitating access to meaningful, paid internship experiences for historically marginalized students. For Summer 2025, Elevate to Even+ Internships will be available to Cleveland State University students.

Charity Navigator (Virtual)

Marketing Intern: The intern will contribute to the mission of the organization by working with outside suppliers including, PR agencies, paid search companies, and social media placements. As a marketing intern, you'll be at the forefront of promoting their vision, initiatives, and events.

Nonprofit Data Collection and Outreach Intern: This internship will focus on improving user experience through fostering connections with nonprofit organizations and Charity Navigator's network of nonprofit representatives. Will work alongside team to collect missing information, verify records, and ensure accuracy in data sets. Also will play a key role in outreach, annual reporting, web scraping, and direct communication with outside organizations.

THE CLEVELAND COUNCIL ON WORLD AFFAIRS

Model United Nations Intern: This intern will help the education team gear up and prepare materials for education programs for the upcoming fall. You will engage/collaborate with other CCWA summer interns and staff, supporting the Model UN program.

Marketing Intern: This intern will assist with marketing and advertising the organization, as well as spread the word about the programming of the organization. Work will include working on a summer newsletter, creating social media templates, and updating the CCWA website.

International Exchanges Intern: This internship will focus on the program area of international exchanges which convenes students and emerging leaders from around the world and facilitate global conversations with Clevelanders about how to improve our communities through action, innovation and collaboration. You will play a vital role in highlighting Cleveland as a premier destination for international visitors.

ENGAGE! CLEVELAND

Data Management Intern: Intern will support the mission/purpose of the organization by assisting in inputting data into our CRM database. Intern will also provide a clear report summarizing their work and ensure a smooth handover of data management tasks for future use.

DATABASE MANAGEMENT | CUSTOMER RESPONSE MANAGEMENT | REPORT GENERATION | LEAD ANALYSIS | INTERPRET DATA FOR USE

Events Intern: The intern will gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing, and community engagement by assisting with the preparation and execution of Engage! Cleveland's key programs. These events include Young Professionals Week, Mid-Career Series, DE&I Initiatives, and Generation NEXT.

Marketing Intern: The intern will be working primarily with the Marketing and Communications Manager to support the growth and development of Engage! Cleveland. The intern will be tasks with creating blog posts for their website, creating destination guides, and various other marketing tasks/campaigns.

FOOD STRONG

Program Associate: The Associate will assist with vital functions such as fundraising, administration, granting writing, and program support. Interns will also assist in classrooms and support behind-the-scenes functions for the non--profit.

GLOBAL CLEVELAND

Newcomer Community Relations Intern: The intern will assist newcomers to Cleveland connect to resources that support their economic, civic, social, and cultural inclusion in Northeast Ohio. Intern will work with the Workforce and Policy team and also will collaborate with the Marketing and Programs departments.

IDEASTREAM PUBLIC MEDIA

Information Technology Intern: Help Ideastream's IT department by providing technical assistance, maintaining computer and network systems, and configuring hardware and software. Great opportunity in Playhouse Square for computer science or computer engineering students.

TECH SUPPORT | NETWORK SYSTEMS | SOFTWARE ENGINEERING | PROBLEM SOLVING | TEAMWORK

TOWARDS EMPLOYMENT

Marketing and Social Media Intern: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies including social media, website updates and fundraising events. This role is critical for Towards Employment's digital community engagement, program recruitment, and fundraising as a non-profit organization.

HR Intern, Training and Development: Assist in training employees, boosting organizational efficiency, and aiding the HR team in providing impactful services for the non-profit organization. Intern will help organize and document training schedules, resources, and other HR materials.

AIRES (Virtual)

Operations Support Intern: The Intern will provide support for key areas within the operations department, while learning about the relocation management industry.

BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HOMESERVICES PROFESSIONAL REALTY (Virtual)

Relocation and Referral Intern: Internship will provide a vast array of experiences, participating in all facets of how the relocation and referral department operates within a brokerage. Experiences include operations and customer service, business development, product development, partner relationships, real estate agent interaction and oversight of real estate transactions referred to our brokerage.

DWELLWORKS (Flexible/Hybrid - Cleveland)

Marketing Intern: The intern will be fully immersed in the dynamic world of marketing, gain hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, market research, and event support. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team in a supportive and innovative environment, contributing to meaningful projects while honing your digital marketing skills.

MARKETING | COMMUNICATIONS | STRATEGY | CONTENT CREATION | DIGITAL MARKETING

Graebel Companies (Virtual or Flexible/Hybrid - Boulder, CO)

Relocation Support Intern: Primary responsibilities would be providing clerical and administrative support to the Service Delivery team. In addition, interns will gather at least once a month with various leadership teams to discuss ideas, learn about Graebel and their recruiting processes, and offer suggestions for process improvement.

PREMIA RELOCATION MORTGAGE (Virtual)

Operations Intern: Intern will assist with various operational tasks, contribute to process improvements, and support their team with mortgage services. Also, interns will assist with processing and documentation of mortgage applications and approvals, managing customer data, and conduct research on market trends.
